Information obligation

  1. Communication with the User, in particular handling complaints regarding the Administrator's products or services;
  2. Present commercial offers to the User by electronic means;
  3. Present commercial offers to the User by telephone;
  4. Sending information to the User electronically as part of subscribing to the Administrator's newsletter;
  5. To allow the User to send comments or opinions regarding the products or services of the Administrator.

The Administrator may also process the User's personal data obtained through the Website for the following purposes:

  1. in order to conclude and perform a possible agreement between the User and the Administrator and to serve the User as a client of the Administrator in accordance with Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR;
  2. for the purpose of conducting financial settlements with the User who is a client of the Administrator for the performance of a possible agreement concluded between the parties, as well as for pursuing possible claims against the User who is a client within the framework of the Administrator's legitimate interest in accordance with Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR and fulfilment of the Administrator's legal obligations towards tax authorities on the basis of separate provisions in accordance with Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR;
  3. in order to carry out the Administrator's marketing activities within the framework of the Administrator's legitimate interest within the meaning of Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, as well as in accordance with the declarations of intent regarding marketing communication submitted to the Administrator. Consents granted in the field of marketing communication (e.g. for sending commercial information by electronic means or telephone contact for direct marketing purposes) may be withdrawn at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing that was carried out on the basis of the consent before its withdrawal;
  4. in order to fulfil the Administrator's legal obligations towards the User specified in the GDPR, within the meaning of Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR.

The User's personal data are not transferred by the Administrator to third parties.

The Administrator stores personal data for such a period as is necessary to achieve specific purposes, i.e.:
